As he had severe pains in his shoulders, he took strong chemical medicine. Then he got an inflammation of his liver and lungs. He also could not empty his bowels for a very long time. The doctors diagnosed water and two tumours in his lungs. The shape, size, and location of the tumours were precisely described in medical documents. His mental state was also very bad, despite the fact that he used to be an army commando and had a very strong mind. He lost his hope and thought he was going to die very soon. I went to see him and he received a lingam blessing and was taken to hospital.
As a result, my dad changed his views on life and its spiritual dimension. He is very grateful to Swami for His help and regularly attends all abishekams in our Centre. He leads a good, peaceful life now. He is a living example of Lord Shiva’s and Swamiji’s grace and power. Jai Prema Shanti! |
In hospital, his condition was still very bad; he was heavily perspiring with fever and was full of aches and pains. On Shivaratri we had a special programme in our Centre with Lingam Abishekam, mantra chanting and bhajans to Lord Shiva and Swamiji. Three hours after we finished the programme, my mother phoned from hospital where she was with my dad. She told us that at the same time that we finished the programme, dad’s fever suddenly disappeared and he felt a strong, overwhelming energy. He felt much better. The tests taken the next day showed that the inflammation and water in his lungs had disappeared and he could also go to the bathroom. But, as he still had tumours in his lungs, he was taken to another specialist hospital dealing with severe lung problems. Then we did another Lingam Abishekam. Just after that, the doctors diagnosed that the tumours had disappeared. They were alarmed and they could not explain it. At first they complained that the first hospital had sent them a healthy patient but, after checking several previous test results and X-rays, they had to admit that without any doubt the tumours had been in my dad’s lungs and had subsequently disappeared.
