Jagan means the entire world or universe. Mohan is the one who deludes or infatuates. This is a name attributed to Lord Krishna as He had the power to attract the whole world to Himself by His spiritual power and love that encompassed all beings. Mohan is also a name of Lord Shiva which denotes His power to both create and destroy illusion in order to impart the highest teachings to sincere aspirants.
